2. SD (Schematic Design)
Based on your request and various regulations, we propose floor plan and a Youtube movie.(↓reference)

3. Design contract
When SD is adopted, design contract will be signed.
Client will be asked to pay 35% of the design fee (SD fee).
Design fee: Residential: 10% of construction costs
/Facility: 6-10% of construction costs (both from JPY 3 million at minimum)

4. DD (Design Development)
40 to 100 drawings will be prepared.
40% of the design fee (DD fee) will be paid at the end of the work.
The design fee is a remuneration for the work requested, so it must be paid even if the project falls through.

5. Quotations
We will request an estimate from one company, assess the estimate and adjust it to meet your budget.

6. Construction
We will check once a week to once a month on site to ensure that the building has been constructed in accordance with the drawings.
25% of the Design Fee (supervision fee) is to be paid at the time of handover.

7. Delivery
The building will be handed over to the client upon confirmation of the building.

8. One-Year Inspection
The building is inspected one year after completion and instructions for repairs are given to the builder.

9. Maintenance Consultation
Feel free to consult with us about building maintenance apart from the inspection.
